NDACo is “retiring” the County Officials Academy and replacing it with a new approach under a new name.
The new event, “County Day at the Capitol” is planned to be a great opportunity for networking with other county officials AND LEGISLATORS on March 8th and 9th at the North Dakota Heritage Center. The focus of County Day will be entirely on legislative issues and how to engage with the legislative process.
Registration will open January 9th. A nominal fee of $50 will be charged to cover facilities and food. Those attending County Day at the Capitol will earn five ILG training hours at no additional cost.
