Exhibitor Information

• Set Up: Between 1-5 on 11/17  or 8-9am on 11/18
• Exhibit Hours:
  • ^{Potentially during welcome social on 11/17 (still working with hotel to determine logistics)}
  • ^{November 18th - 2 dedicated 1-hour breaks in morning & afternoon}
  • 8 foot table with black spandex and two chairs
• Electrical access limited; extension cords not provided. Hotel will provide electricity by request for additional $50 fee.
