Description: Have you ever put your foot in your mouth while talking to a coworker? Have you sent an email and then gotten a response you did not expect? This webinar will focus on increasing employees awareness of workplace expectations and office manners. We will explore such topics as email and social media etiquette, effective communication and professional behavior in the workplace. By paying attention to these areas we can build stronger working relationships by getting along with better manners.

Fee: $35 per attendee (bill to county after the course unless otherwise requested)
         **Attendees will earn 1.25 ILG training hours

**This is a webinar training. The webinar will be recorded. If you are unable to attend the webinar, you can email Alisha at alisha.adolf@ndaco.org to request a copy.
**You are able to comment & ask questions during the webinar. Each participant will have a dialogue box during the webinar where you can simply input questions & comments that will go directly to Alisha and/or the presenter.
**Attendees will receive an email confirmation after registration. This confirmation will also include a link to join the webinar at the specific time & date.
**A few days prior to webinar, attendees will receive an email with any handouts or copies of PowerPoints to follow along.
