What is the OGC?

Description: Rachel Sinness and Tracy Laaveg of the ND Office of Guardianship and Conservatorship (OGC) will provide an overview of the state’s newest agency focused on guardianship and conservatorship services. This presentation will cover the agency’s role, available programs and resources, guardianship funding, training requirements, and how the office interacts with courts, attorneys, families, and community providers.
