Description: This presentation will consist of legal considerations for recorders and their offices along with a section on the legislative process and the importance of active participation in the legislative session. The legislative process portion of the presentation will also over the latest recorder issues to come out of the 2009 legislative session. Plenty of time will be allowed for a question & answer session covering current & future recorder issures.
