Description: This webinar will focus on key employee policies that need to be in place or updated and new policies that should be considered for implementation.  Among the policies that should be given a thorough review or consideration are: Workplace Harassment, Workplace Solicitation Policy, Revisions to Family Medical Leave, Technology, Internet and Computer Usage Policy, Termination Policy Revisions, Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interests and others. It is important that policy manuals be kept current and in compliance with State and Federal Law. The webinar will overview some of the important updates that should be given consideration and a process of how manuals can be updated on an annual basis.
