Description: Engagement is one of the primary concerns & challenges facing today's supervisors and managers. Other than the decisions individuals make, supervisors are the most powerful factor in employee motivation and morale. In this webinar, we will review techniques you can use to create an environment that encourages engagement & promotes employee motivation.
