Description: The Department of Human Services (DHS) implemented Phase I of the eligibility system in February 2016. The Department has received feedback from counties and would like to address outstanding eligibility processing and system functionality concerns. DHS Executive Director Maggie Anderson, along with DHS policy and information technology staff will be on the webinar to provide updates and answer questions. DHS will be joined by staff from Deloitte Consulting, Inc.; the vendor who implemented the eligibility system.
