County and Legislative Redistricting (ELE)

Description:  This course will review the laws governing redistricting for the election of county commissioners and work through the process, examining the implications and results of various redistricting board decisions.  The concurrent process of Legislative redistricting will be discussed, census data access will be demonstrated, and computer-aided redistricting technology will be presented.
