Description: This session will introduce the art of making goals, objectives and action steps. Participants will bein to understand the process of planning on a sizeable organizational scale and at a smaller level (individual program planning). Through strategic innovation and tinkering with the ‘strategic plan’ you will have the cornerstone strategy for an organization to survive the turbulent change of business climate.
