The Land Descriptions topic will give a general background and working knowledge of the composition of legal descriptions provided by Land Surveyors. Metes and Bounds, aliquot parts, Government Lots are some of the means employed to describe real property. Carl Olson has been practicing surveying for 15 years and has been licensed for four years in North Dakota.
