Chuck grew up two blocks from the Walsh County Courthouse, where his mother worked in the Treasurer’s office. He even helped out in the Treasurer’s office over the Christmas holiday week, helping to get property tax statements mailed out. Chuck is our HR Guy, serving many counties as a consultant and playing a big role in the HR Collaborative for Local Government. He's already worked in the corporate world and state government, so the next logical step was counties.
