NDCCA Elects New Leadership

County Commissioners Choose New Leadership

The North Dakota County Commissioners Association (NDCCA) met Monday, October 9, to elect new leadership on its Board of Directors for 2023-2024.

The new officers of the NDCCA Board of Directors are:

Joan Hollekim, Mountrail County: President

Neal Messer, Stark County: Vice President

Glenda Collier, Eddy County: Treasurer

Chad Peterson, Cass County: Past President

 

Members also elected Andy Zachmeier, Morton County and Tracey Dolezal, Dunn County, to join the Board of Directors.

They re-elected Cory Hanson, Williams County and Jim Kapitan, Cass County, to serve the board. Jason Arth, Sargent County, was appointed to an open position on the board in May 2023.

 

Ex-Officio Members:

Perry Turner, McIntosh County, National Association of Counties Board of Directors representative and Scott Ouradnik, Slope County Commissioner, was re-elected as North Dakota’s representative on the Western Interstate Region Board of Directors.

The North Dakota County Commissioners Association was established in 1905 to serve and support the interests of North Dakota's county commissioners. Governed by a 9-member board, the NDCCA conducts business 2 to 3 times a year.
