I Voted Sticker Contest Wins National “Best in Class” Award

The National Association of County Information Officers (NACIO) has awarded its “Best in Class” award in the “Ceremony or Community Event” category to Donnell Preskey, NDACo Government Affairs Specialist. The national association announced the winning entries in nine categories on August 25^th.

The contest was conducted statewide in 2020 with the winning sticker design by Hatton Eielson Public School 4^th grader Khloe Brandon. The stickers were ordered by County Auditors and have been used in both primary and general elections since.

“I’m thrilled to accept this award on behalf of North Dakota’s County Auditors” Preskey said. “It was a great project to work on, bringing together County Auditors, teachers, and of course many very talented kids.”
