Exhibit Types
Elite Exhibit
Premium placement directly outside the general session area. NDACo provides the display area, table, and signage with your logo - no traditional booth setup required. Elite Exhibitors must bring a raffle gift for the NDACo Scholarship Fundraiser. Includes two full conference meal packets, complimentary attendee list upon request, complimentary internet, and name badges for all pre-registered exhibitors.
Traditional Exhibit
Standard trade show booth space in the main Exhibit Hall with strong attendee traffic throughout the day. Ideal for product demos, video displays, and direct conversations with county officials. Includes one full conference meal packet, complimentary internet, and name badges for all pre-registered exhibitors.
Large Equipment Exhibit
Designed for organizations that need space to display large equipment alongside their booth. Large Equipment spaces are positioned between the Elite and Traditional exhibit areas. Space is limited - contact NDACo early to reserve. Includes one full conference meal packet, complimentary internet, and name badges for all pre-registered exhibitors.
