The NDACo Annual Conference offers three indoor exhibit space options to fit your organization's needs. Elite Exhibit and Large Equipment Exhibit are sold out for 2026; Traditional Exhibit booths are still available. Detailed pricing and layout for 2026 will be posted here at a later date. Exhibit Types
Elite Exhibit Sold Out for 2026
Premium placement directly outside the general session area. NDACo provides the display area, table, and signage with your logo - no traditional booth setup required. Elite Exhibitors must bring a raffle gift for the NDACo Scholarship Fundraiser. Includes two full conference meal packets, complimentary attendee list upon request, complimentary internet, and name badges for all pre-registered exhibitors.
Elite Exhibit space is fully committed for 2026. Traditional Exhibit booths and sponsorships are still available.
Traditional Exhibit Space Still Available
Standard trade show booth space in the main Exhibit Hall with strong attendee traffic throughout the day. Ideal for product demos, video displays, and direct conversations with county officials. Includes one full conference meal packet, complimentary internet, and name badges for all pre-registered exhibitors.
With Elite and Large Equipment sold out, Traditional is the remaining way to exhibit in 2026. Booths are limited - register early.
Large Equipment Exhibit Sold Out for 2026
Designed for organizations that need space to display large equipment alongside their booth. Large Equipment spaces are positioned between the Elite and Traditional exhibit areas, with move-in windows assigned individually beginning at 12:00 PM on Sunday, October 11. Includes one full conference meal packet, complimentary internet, and name badges for all pre-registered exhibitors.
All Large Equipment spaces are claimed for 2026. Traditional Exhibit booths and sponsorships are still available.
Move-In & Tear-Down
Exhibit day is Monday, October 12, 2026. Move-in takes place the afternoon before, and tear-down follows the close of the Monday evening social. Booths must stay intact and staffed through the social - no early tear-down.

Large Equipment exhibitors: move-in is staggered by arrival window so equipment can be placed in order. NDACo will contact you directly to set your time. Do not arrive before your assigned window.
