Every good organization has one of those people who has been there, done that, been there again, changed the process, and analyzed the outcome. At the NDACo, that person is Terry Traynor. He's our answer man on legislative issues, the juvenile justice system, emergency services, 9-1-1 and many other programs, as well as things the rest of us never think about, like beaver damage and bituminous asphalt. He shares an empty nest with his wife, Debbie, who is has taught piano to most of Bismarck-Mandan. The two are enjoying grandparenthood to the limit.
